Protein Intel provides software access to organized information about facilities, markets, and related topics in the meat, poultry, and protein sector. Features and availability may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or mislead others

Paid plans, if offered, are subject to the pricing and checkout terms presented at the time of purchase; we may change plans or pricing prospectively with notice where required.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protein Intel disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protein Intel and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
